MANAGEMENT The Group is strengthening its structure through internal specialization and an increasingly widespread international presence.
Holding marketing reorganization: Starting from January 2026, the marketing department has been reorganized to ensure greater speed: Natascia Verdone is now Head of Marketing & Communication for Giordano Global, while Federica Carino serves as Marketing Director for Plastimark SpA. The operational team, of both companies, includes Delia Costamagna as Graphic Designer and Loris Molineri as Media Producer.
Plastimark success at the EuroShop 2026 Exhibition: The Düsseldorf exhibition has been confirmed as a key event for retail and sustainability. The exhibition led to the closing of new commercial agreements and highlighted a strong synergy with Tetra Pak for the development of circular economy materials.
Strategic Acquisition for Giordano Global: The acquisition of a majority stake in INDIV Inc. has been confirmed as a key milestone for the Group’s international development. The transaction led to a stronger presence in the US and Latin American markets and highlighted important operational synergies to expand our solutions for the poultry industry.
GIORDANO POULTRY PLAST – HQ Product innovation and logistics optimization The Italian production site continues to evolve to meet the new challenges of the market.
Plastimark launch of a new product: The production of the Luma 130 L full-plastic modular trolley has officially started, highly appreciated for its lightness without compromising on strength
Moulds expansion: The number of ECS (EggsCargoSystem) moulds has been increased for both in-house production and the various external subsidiaries.
Flows and personnel management: We are pleased to welcome Barbara Merlo, a new figure at the reception dedicated exclusively to the management of external flows, including drivers, collaborators, and maintenance companies.
Maintenance and equipment: Regarding technical equipment, there is no significant news to report during this period.
Plastimark marketing strategy: The new Plastimark plan provides for early scheduling to support the renewal of the corporate image and the new website.
GIORDANO BV International activities and new markets The Dutch branch and the global activities show constant growth and new strategic goals.
Office Expansion: The office in the Netherlands has been expanded to include the second floor, reaching a total of 12 workstations.
Commercial Goals: Giordano BV is following the strategy defined during the Annual Sales Meeting, with a total focus on the ECS and VD systems, which are already bringing the first positive results.
Expansion in India: A collaboration with an Indian company is currently underway to introduce the ECS and VD systems into the local market.
