ELITE CAB-DUAL is an advanced dual-system vaccination cabin engineered for the controlled administration of live vaccines in professional hatcheries. Equipped with two independently adjustable dosing cylinders, a patented crate-locking mechanism and a configurable six-nozzle system, it combines precise application with enhanced process safety and consistent spray coverage.

Dual dosing system: Equipped with two adjustable administration cylinders for managing two vaccine applications within the same vaccination process.

Adjustable dosage: Each cylinder offers a dosage range from 1 to 30 ml, allowing precise configuration according to the vaccination protocol.

Patented crate-locking mechanism: The adjustable safety system prevents the crate from being removed before the vaccination cycle has been completed.

Controlled vaccination process: Secure crate positioning helps ensure that every cycle is performed correctly and without interruption.

Six-nozzle spray system: Six roof-mounted nozzles provide consistent vaccine distribution and comprehensive coverage throughout the enclosed area.

Two-axis nozzle adjustment: The nozzles can be repositioned along both horizontal axes to optimise the spray pattern for different crate configurations.

Pneumatic cycle counter: An integrated counter records the number of crates vaccinated, supporting accurate production monitoring.

Controlled droplet size: Supplied with a complete nozzle set producing droplet sizes from 120 to 300 μm.

Separate vaccine containers: Includes two 10-litre plastic containers for preparing and holding the vaccine solutions.
