The HatchCargoSystem® is world’s most innovation solution where it concerns the transport
and protection of your hatching eggs. HCS setter trays 150 eggs are stackable and nestable
making the use of trolleys superfluous. Smart designed clips connect the setter trays. The
pallet which belongs to the HCS system is designed in a way that ventilation can go though in
the most optimal way. With the support of existing robots the setters trays can be picked from
the pallet and placed directly in the pre-hatch trolleys. For tracking purposes the HCS setter
trays can be provided with RFID chips and/ or BAR code .

HCS ProLife® is the unique system in the world that provides day-old chicken with fresh drinking water and feed inside the incubator and during road transport. A smart solution, which everyone knows from the marble tray system, leads fresh drinking water through the hatching crates. In addition to these internal drinking gutters, the trays are also equipped with feeding gutters. Both drinking and eating are positioned on two sides of the tray so that the day-old have maximum access.
