EVO CAB is Giordano’s most advanced manual pneumatic vaccination cabin, engineered for the combined administration of live vaccines in spray and gel form. Designed for small and medium-sized hatcheries, it is the only manual pneumatic cabin on the market capable of applying gel solutions. Two independent pumping systems allow different vaccines to be administered during a single complete cycle, providing exceptional flexibility, precise control and uniform coverage of day-old chicks.

Combined spray and gel application: Enables the administration of live vaccines in spray or gel form, either independently or during the same vaccination cycle.

Two independent pumping systems: Separate circuits allow two different vaccines to be managed accurately without mixing the solutions.

Adjustable delivery volume: The dosage can be set and securely locked between 5 and 30 ml to maintain consistent delivery throughout each cycle.

Versatile spray configuration: Compatible with different nozzle types producing droplet sizes from below 100 μm up to 300 μm, covering a wide range of spray vaccination protocols.

Uniform crate coverage: The extensive nozzle adjustment range allows the spray pattern to be adapted for complete and consistent vaccine distribution.

Precision gel application: The gel manifold features a Luer-Lock system and is compatible with standard needles, providing accurate coverage across the crate.

Two separate vaccine tanks: Independent plastic containers keep the vaccine solutions separated throughout preparation and administration.

Secure crate positioning: The integrated adjustable locking mechanism prevents crate movement during the vaccination process.

Dedicated gel-circuit cleaning: A specific cleaning function simplifies sanitation of the gel circuit and supports efficient routine maintenance.

Mechanical cycle counter: The built-in counter records completed vaccination cycles for reliable operational monitoring.

Optional vaccine mixing: A magnetic stirrer is available to help maintain a homogeneous vaccine solution during use.

High operational capacity: Designed to process up to 36,000 day-old chicks per hour at an operating pressure of 5 bar.
