Spray Cab-Mono

This compact pneumatic vaccination cabin is engineered for the controlled administration of live vaccines to day-old chicks in small and medium-sized hatcheries. Designed for manual operation, it combines flexible installation, adjustable dosing and precise spray distribution to ensure consistent vaccine coverage across each batch.

Hatchery vaccination: Developed specifically for the manual spray vaccination of day-old chicks by trained hatchery personnel.

Compact and manoeuvrable: Its lightweight construction allows effortless positioning and relocation within the hatchery.

Flexible air supply: Operates using compressed air and can be connected either to the hatchery’s central air system or to a portable compressor.

Precise dosage adjustment: Incorporates a single adjustable cylinder with a dosing range from 1 to 30 ml.

Consistent vaccine distribution: Four spray nozzles deliver uniform coverage, supporting accurate and reliable vaccine application.

Optimised spray configuration: The nozzles can be adjusted along the cabin’s main axis to suit different operational requirements.

Controlled droplet size: Supplied with a complete nozzle set offering droplet sizes ranging from 120 to 300 μm.

Integrated vaccine supply: Includes a 10-litre plastic container for the preparation and containment of the vaccine solution.
