This modern cabin is light weight and easily moveable within small to medium sized hatcheries. Powered by pneumatic air, this device can be connected to in house air supply or mobile air compressor. The vaccination of day-old-chicks is performed manually by a hatchery operator. The device is equipped with a single adjustable cylinder with a vaccination dosage range of 1-30 ml. The cabin has been designed specifically to administer live vaccines with the guarantee of proper distribution and coverage thanks to a four nozzle system adjustable along the main axis of the cabin. The cabin comes with a full set of nozzles, with droplet size from 120 μm to 300 μm, also included is one 10 liter plastic container for vaccine containment.
