E-CONCEPT IN-LINE is an advanced automatic spray vaccination system developed for medium and large hatcheries. Equipped with two vaccine tanks and a programmable logic controller (PLC), it combines high production capacity with precise control of vaccine dosage and distribution. Its adaptable configuration allows seamless integration into different conveyor systems and production environments.

PLC-controlled operation: The programmable logic controller manages the vaccination parameters, ensuring accurate, repeatable and efficient spray application.

Five storable configurations: Operators can save up to five programmes, adapting vaccine volume and spray distribution to different crate sizes and numbers of day-old chicks.

Dual vaccine tanks: Two separate tanks provide greater operational flexibility and support continuous vaccination processes.

Automatic crate detection: An adjustable photocell identifies the speed and position of each crate as it moves along the conveyor.

Adjustable spray arms: The spray configuration can be adapted to different crate formats, ensuring consistent vaccine coverage.

Flexible conveyor integration: Designed to operate with existing hatchery conveyor systems and also available with a dedicated stand-alone conveyor.

High vaccination capacity: Processes up to 35 crates per minute, based on crates containing 100 day-old chicks each.

Up to 210,000 chicks per hour: With a minimum interval of one second between crates, the system can vaccinate up to 2,100 crates per hour.

Consistent spray application: Programmable settings help maintain the correct vaccine quantity and uniform distribution across every crate.
