Giordano’s Business Unit Europe is the base from where all our established global activities started.

The Italian headquarters were founded, under the name Giordano Poultry Plast, in 1962, specialising in the moulding of plastic products for the poultry industry.

The company directly carries out the conception, design, and production stages of its products, thanks to its direct knowledge of the areas of use and the technical and practical requirements of the various sectors within the global poultry industry, always on the lookout for innovative and high-performance solutions that combine economy of use and long life. Production at the Italian establishment is fuelled by a power plant that does not use fossil fuels, fully respecting the principles of the circular economy.

Before its acquisition by Giordano in 2018, the group’s historic Dutch sales office was named GI-OVO. GI-OVO has now become Giordano B.V. From its headquarters in the heart of the Netherlands, Giordano B.V. focuses on innovation, marketing and sales of products and systems aligned with the egg industry and leads the Business Unit Europe from a sales point of view.
