Production Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our plastic production process. This critical role requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in injection molding, and mold maintenance. The ideal candidate will manage a team of engineers and factory workers, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the plastic production process, from raw material management to finished product output.
• Manage and maintain injection molding machines
• Lead a team of engineers and factory workers, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products
• Responsible for mold maintenance and repair
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related the machines and molds
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet required standards
• Manage inventory of raw materials and spare parts
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years in injection molding
• Proven expertise in mold maintenance and repair
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of HDPE and Polypropylene materials
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards
• Experience managing external vendors and service providers
