In-line Cab Spray/Gel

IN-LINE CAB SPRAY is a fully pneumatic automatic vaccination device designed for high-volume spray vaccination in medium and large hatcheries. Its compact stand-alone structure can be installed directly above existing conveyor lines, allowing live vaccines to be administered to day-old chicks without interrupting crate movement or requiring electrical power.

In-line installation: Designed for direct integration above conveyor systems transporting crates of day-old chicks.

Automatic vaccination: The mechanical activation sensor initiates the spray cycle as each crate passes through the system, supporting continuous hatchery operations.

Fully pneumatic operation: Requires no electrical connection and operates using either the hatchery’s central compressed-air system or an external compressor.

Adjustable delivery volume: The vaccine dose can be set and securely locked between 5 and 30 ml to maintain consistent application throughout production.

Uniform crate coverage: A secondary pressure regulator and wide nozzle adjustment range help distribute the vaccine evenly across different crate formats.

Versatile droplet sizes: Compatible with nozzle configurations producing droplets from below 100 μm up to 300 μm for different live vaccine applications.

High production capacity: Designed to vaccinate up to 36,000 day-old chicks per hour, making it suitable for demanding production environments.

10-litre vaccine tank: The single-pump version includes a dedicated plastic tank for preparing and containing the vaccine solution.

Integrated cleaning function: The internal circuit can be cleaned manually to simplify routine sanitation and maintenance.

Mechanical cycle counter: Records completed vaccination cycles to support accurate production monitoring.

Optional vaccine mixing: Available with a magnetic stirrer to help maintain a homogeneous vaccine solution during operation.
