Spray Cab-Dual

SPRAY CAB-DUAL is the dual-pump version of SPRAY CAB-MONO, engineered to administer two different live vaccines to day-old chicks within a single vaccination cycle. Its two independently adjustable dosing cylinders provide precise control over each vaccine, while the programmable delay allows the two applications to be coordinated according to the hatchery’s vaccination protocol.

Dual vaccine administration: Designed to apply two different live vaccines during a single intervention, improving operational efficiency within the hatchery.

Independent dosing cylinders: Equipped with two cylinders that can be adjusted separately according to the dosage required for each vaccine.

Adjustable dosage range: Each cylinder supports doses from 1 to 30 ml for accurate vaccine administration.

Configurable application delay: The two dosing systems can operate together with an adjustable time delay between vaccine applications.

Six-nozzle spray system: Six nozzles ensure consistent distribution and comprehensive coverage throughout the enclosed vaccination area.

Adjustable nozzle positioning: Roof-mounted nozzles can be positioned along the cabin’s main axis to optimise the spray pattern.

Controlled droplet size: Supplied with a complete nozzle set producing droplet sizes from 120 to 300 μm.

Separate vaccine containers: Includes two 10-litre plastic containers for preparing and holding the different vaccine solutions.

Specialist engineering: Developed by Dante Lorini, combining technical expertise with the operational requirements of modern hatcheries.
