Founded in 1964, INDIV is a long-established player in the American agri-livestock sector. In over sixty years of activity it has developed deep expertise in supplying products, services and solutions for various livestock segments, from poultry to swine and cattle, all the way to the design and construction of complete turnkey houses and facilities. A solid and well-recognized presence throughout the American continent, North and South, and a point of reference for farmers, integrators and companies in the sector.
Giordano, founded in Italy in 1962, shares with INDIV a long entrepreneurial tradition, a deep knowledge of the livestock world and a vision strongly oriented toward international development. After many years of collaboration, in January 2026 Giordano Global took a strategic step of great significance: the acquisition of the majority stake in INDIV.
An operation born from a far-sighted entrepreneurial vision, strongly championed by CEO Oscar Giordano, who recognized in INDIV not just a commercial opportunity, but above all the ideal partner with whom to build a stronger and more widespread presence in the American markets. It is therefore not merely a corporate transaction, but the meeting of two companies with over sixty years of history, united by shared values, skills and goals.
A widespread presence
INDIV’s structure is organized through several Business Units, present in some of the most important markets on the continent. The headquarters is located in the United States, in Springfield (Missouri), home to the central offices and the main warehouse. In Mexico the company operates from its San Juan del Río site, serving one of Latin America’s leading poultry and livestock markets. It is present in Guatemala with a strategic structure for Central America, and in Colombia with offices and a warehouse that directly serve the clients and opportunities of a continuously evolving market.
Finally, in Argentina, INDIV has offices, a warehouse and part of its production located on-site: an element that allows it to respond to the needs of the South American market with flexibility, speed and expertise. This local presence is one of its key strengths: being close to clients, knowing each market thoroughly and building lasting relationships with local operators.
